DC Ranch is a large, complex community with three governing entities. As the Executive Director of the Ranch Association, Michele was responsible for managing DC Ranch’s landscape, security, and infrastructure, as well as for enforcing all of DC Ranch’s rules and standards.
Michele was dedicated to her position and to her team, taking a hands-on approach to any given problem or situation. A very smart person, she stepped into her position quickly, identifying threats and opportunities for DC Ranch and presenting creative strategies for the Board to consider.
Michele worked together with DC Ranch’s Director of Financial Operations and the DC Ranch Association’s Budget and Finance Committee to come up with realistic budgets and resident fees during and coming out of the pandemic, when, as you may appreciate, we were dealing with limited supplies and resources and soaring costs and inflation. While raising fees never is popular, Michele and the team came up with budgets that were appropriate and defensible.
